New Agent Proactive Notifications Tell Agents When It’s Time To Contact A Lead

As an agents pipeline grows, it can get tough to keep track of leads, especially older leads. Recently, we launched a way to let agents know when users perform certain important tasks. Proactive notifications will now be sent to agents email and mobile devices that let them know when a user looked at a property multiple times or when a user starts using the site again after being dormant for a certain amount of time. Client, Mike Hammock in Atlanta, Georgia states “As soon as proactive notifications were activated, I started seeing activities from leads over 6 months old that I probably would not have paid attention to otherwise. Now I know, when a user starts getting more active, its time for me to make a call.” Hammock’s TORCHx website has generated over 8,000 leads for his team of 5 agents. It is easy to see how looking for lead activity in the past might have been like looking for a needle in a hay stack. Currently, there are a handful of events that can trigger a notification with many more planned.
