TorchX’s Response to COVID-19

A Message from Jack Markham

As the current outbreak of COVID-19 continues worldwide, we wanted to thank all of our TorchX customers for their business and share a few updates on how we will be working to modify our business operations through the weeks and months ahead.

In order to keep our employees safe and support our local communities, our offices have temporarily closed, and our staff has moved to working fully remote. Despite this change, we understand that now more than ever the tools TorchX provides are critical to the success of our clients’ businesses. Our Continuity Plan will allow us to provide uninterrupted service of TorchX.

As one of our valued customers, you should know that:

• Our full staff is available to answer questions and help you with any issues by email.
• All inquiries should be directed to support@torchx.com.
• We will be open during our normal business hours — Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time — and we will answer all email inquiries in a timely manner.
• TorchX will notify you if there are any additional changes to our our operations.

These are uncertain times, but all challenges present opportunities. With over 10 years of experience building tools for and supporting the real estate community, we understand the value of partnership and are honored to serve each of our clients.
