IDX Paperwork Instructions

  1. Click on your State below.
  2. Click on your MLS Name.
    • Please choose the Broker or Agent version if necessary.
    • If there are multiple forms please download, complete, and return all of them.
  3. A Download of your MLS specific IDX Paperwork will start automatically.
  4. Complete, sign, and return the paperwork to TorchX.
  5. You will be notified via email by TorchX when your paperwork has been received.

    • Choose Constellation Web Solutions as your vendor
    • Enter the URL for your new website (IMPORTANT: Please enter the URL provided to you by the GoLive team. If you have not yet received your URL, please contact us at golive@torchx.com
    • Click the “Press Here to log (Your Name) for IDX”. This will send an automatic email to your vendor to confirm you as a client and to your Broker of Record, to confirm the Broker’s authorization of the feed.

    If you need to update the URL that you submitted, kindly see the following instructions:

    In order to begin construction on the new site, please follow the instructions below:

    • – Log into brightmls.com and select Account & Settings from the drop-down menu under your name.
    • – From the My Subscription tab, go to IDX and VOW Licensing Request. Note, if you have more than one subscription with Bright, you’ll be prompted to choose the appropriate ID and then continue.
    • – Next, select IDX Website
    • – In the Vendor Name field, begin entering the vendor’s name, choose CONSTELLATION WEB SOLUTIONS
    • – In the Website URL field, enter your TorchX URL. Please be sure to include the URL address (www) along with the domain extension (.com, .org, .net). If you do not know your TorchX URL, please contact golive@torchx.com
    • – Review your entry and when ready, click Submit.
    • – Send us an email at golive@torchx.com when this is done.
